CONVEYORISED DRIER THREE STAGE:-

    It is  fabricated on  heavy duty miled

    steel  chanel's  and  sheets  frame of

    double walled,gap between walls filled

    by glass/ mineral wool.  Heating zones

    having size  according to the stage of

    ordered dryer.  Wire mashed  conveyor

    belt of 32" wide driven on roles with

    the help of chains and gears in three

    stage for contineious drying system to

    dry soyabari with  complete  auto heat

    controlled by thermostatic & auto cut

    on / off switches for heaters, blower

    and main motor etc.also provided dial/

    digital  thermostate  and  indicaters. 

    Main control  drive by 2 HP motor and

    Gear box driven on chain & frywheels.

    Fitted strips or rode Heates connected  

    load 36 KW.

B-  BY DIESEL/OIL FIRING:-In this  system    

    heat generated in a specially degined

    and  fabricated chamber in heavy duty

    miled steel & stainless  steel sheets

    in double walled  with heat ptoection

    insulation by diesel firing  with the

    imported burner.
